Serakriti Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

At Serakriti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you’re not fully content with your order, we offer hassle-free returns, replacements, and cancellation options to ensure a smooth experience.

Damaged Item Delivered

If you receive a damaged product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp or via email at support@serakriti.in. Please provide pictures of the damaged item and your order ID, a video of the unboxing in case of Damaged items.
  2. We will review your request within 48 working hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up to collect the damaged item.
  4. If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, we will guide you through alternative options.
  5. Once the item is collected, we will either ship you a replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.

Missing or Incorrect Items Delivered

If any items from your order are missing or incorrect, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp or via email at support@serakriti.in.Please include your order ID, a video of the unboxing in case of missing items, and pictures of any incorrect items.
  2. We will review your request within 48 working hours.
  3. If approved, we will promptly ship the missing or correct items to you.

Don’t Like the Product?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the following options:

  • Within 7 days of delivery, you can courier the product back to us for a full refund.
  • If you prefer not to courier the product, you will receive website Coupon Codes for future purchases of the same value but for a limited time validity.
    Note: We are unable to accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
  • Missing original packaging (such as labels or mono cartons).
  • Return/replacement request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
  • Once the order is fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Charges

  • Enjoy FREE Shipping on all orders.
  • Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and are final.
